If you have forgotten your password, but still have access to your Onyen, you can change you CS password using your Onyen by visiting: https://www.cs.unc.edu/webpass/onyen/
If you no longer have a current Onyen, you can get your password reset by sending us a scanned picture ID (UNC One Card, driver's license, or passport) to help@cs.unc.edu. Tell us your name, login, and either a phone number or postal address. After reviewing, a member of our staff will send you a password reset. We don't need your driver's license or passport number, so it would be best to obscure that before scanning it.
