When trying to access some Google services, such as Docs and Groups, you may receive the following message if your account has not been secured with two factor authentication:
To resolve this, please enroll in "2-step verification" on your new email account. To get started with enrollment, you can visit https://myaccount.google.com/signinoptions/two-step-verification/enroll-welcome. Once complete, please use the contact button on this page or email help@cs.unc.edu with your PID and request these additional Google services be enabled on your account.
